Developed and maintained MRO Maximo asset maintenance applications, using Java and XML in a J2EE environment.  Level-3 support liaison between clients and IBM development departments.

·         Reduced maintenance time for developers by 75% by consolidating the terms and conditions app into one table and object.

·         Converted existing Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, Request for Quotation, Invoice and Receipts products into web-based applications from a client server product to update with latest technology.

·         Authored upgrade callout scripts for 5.2 DB to 6.0 DB to support SQL, ORACLE and DB2 platforms to help transition customers to upgrade to the latest software release.

Applications Developer

Developed and Maintained applications which included a Franchise Management System, Carrier Interface, Claims System and Policy Management System using Coldfusion, Oracle 8x, SQL Server 6.5, and Crystal Reports.  These applications were an integral part of an e-commerce business-to-business solution for insurance industry needs.

·         Developed and implemented a kiosk application used in SAM's Clubs in 14 states.  Also used in a 24-hour call center in New York, and by a dozen insurance carriers to perform inquiries and reporting.

·         Responsible for developing embedded SQL and stored procedures to assist with retrieving and updating data.

·         Trained Support Staff and new hires in troubleshooting and fixing production issues using company’s core framework to increase customer satisfaction.

Analyzed and designed UI and technical documents for developers and clients.  Also developed and maintained employee self-service human resource applications using Edify’s interactive voice response software, SQL Server and Oracle database.

·         Internally configured and installed Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Systems in a TCP/IP and Netware environment to easily deliver the product to the client.

·         Provided maintenance and technical support to eight clients, which gave users quick turnaround time for fixing issues.

·         Performed integration and full cycle testing resulting in shorter and faster releases.
